OffTheEdge Shipping Policy

All products on OffTheEdge are treated as pre-orders unless specified otherwise. The "Ships in" timeframe indicated in product listings encompasses both production, which takes around 5-7 business days, and the subsequent processing and fulfillment, adding another 10-15 business days. This does not account for the shipping time to your destination.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

The shipping method you choose at checkout affects how quickly you'll receive your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse. For example, selecting FedEx 2Day for an item with a 2-4 week shipping estimate means you'll get it within 2-4 weeks plus an additional 2 days. Your available shipping options are based on your location.

Please be aware that delivery times can differ depending on the shipping method, distance from our facility, and whether the shipment is domestic or international.

During high-demand periods like new launches or holidays, there might be an additional processing time of up to 45 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Due to the bespoke nature of our production, once an order is placed, no refunds or cancellations are available.
